Turjo Tex
A redesigned website for Turjo Tex Limited, a garments accessories manufacturer in Gazipur: product catalogue, manufacturing and factory gallery pages, contact and quotation forms, and an admin panel for inquiries, products, gallery, site content and media. Next.js 16 with GSAP and Lenis motion, images and video served from Cloudflare R2.

The Engineering Challenge
A small manufacturer needs a site its own staff can edit and a place for buyer inquiries to land, without paying for a database or a CMS — and quotation forms on a public site attract spam and carry buyers' contact details.
The Solution & Architecture
The whole site is one JSON document stored in R2 (or on disk under Docker), and every admin save revalidates the affected pages, so pages stay static yet change on the next request. Each inquiry is stored as its own AES-256-GCM encrypted object. Forms are validated with zod behind a honeypot, a minimum fill time and per-IP rate limits; uploads are decoded and re-encoded by sharp before storage; the admin uses a scrypt-hashed password and a signed, rate-limited session.
