A production payment gateway I architected to give Bangladeshi merchants a reliable, transparent way to process digital wallet transactions. Includes an interactive testing simulator that logs live request and response payloads, backed by 160 unit assertions to ensure zero dropped payments or failed QR verifications.

The Engineering Challenge
A payment integration is only trustworthy if you can watch it work, and the parts most likely to be quietly wrong — parsing a wallet receipt, building a QR payload — are the parts hardest to test.
The Solution & Architecture
A standalone demo shop drives the merchant API the way a real customer would and logs every request and response, so the integration is visible instead of assumed. The fragile parsers were pulled out into checks that need no database and no web server (85 and 77 assertions), on the reasoning that a test requiring the whole stack is a test nobody runs. Sandbox brands take payments on a button press without touching a real merchant's figures.
