The website for TogaBD, a digital agency in Gazipur: services, portfolio, blog, a course page and contact, in Bangla at the root and English under /en. About 40 routes, each with canonical, hreflang and structured data. Photos are served from Cloudflare R2 as a pre-built WebP ladder.

The Engineering Challenge
A bilingual site built the usual way, with a [lang] segment behind a rewrite, breaks client-side navigation: the router guesses /work is a language called 'work' and its prefetches fail.
The Solution & Architecture
Bangla and English are two separate root layouts sharing one set of page bodies, so each route exists twice as a two-line wrapper and the router never has to guess. All copy lives in content files, and one route list feeds the sitemap and llms.txt.
