EmailSync

One inbox for several IMAP mailboxes — Titan, Hostinger, Zoho, Gmail or any custom server — with Google Gemini sorting mail into categories and flagging what needs action. Team workspaces share mailboxes without sharing passwords, background checks keep unread counts current, and Paddle handles the Pro and Business plans. A full rebuild of the first version on Supabase.

Private Client Repository

This software was engineered for a private business or client organization. If you are a hiring manager, technical lead, or potential client wishing to inspect the architecture and code quality, I would be pleased to grant you access or provide a code walkthrough. Please contact me at [email protected].

The Engineering Challenge

The product stores other people's mailbox passwords and feeds their email to an AI model. A leaked password, a cross-tenant read or a prompt hidden inside an email would each be serious.

The Solution & Architecture

Mailbox passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, bound to their owner, row and server so a copied blob will not decrypt, and live in tables the browser cannot read at all. Every API route verifies the caller's token and Row Level Security covers every table. Email bodies are sanitised and shown in a sandboxed iframe under a nonce CSP, and they reach Gemini as delimited untrusted data with a fixed category list. Oversized messages are refused before download.
